Understanding Interactive Art
Interactive Art involves active participation from the community: Audience members become contributors who engage with the artwork and/or artist directly.

What does this entail?
At times, you may contribute to the creation of the artwork, while in other instances, you might immerse yourself in interactive experiences with the art. The artwork often reaches its full potential when displayed. It is often Multi-sensory.

So What?
Interactive Art aims to evoke emotions and prompt reflection by creating a dialogue between the viewer and the artist. It strives to be inclusive rather than exclusive, introducing a wider audience to artistic ideas. Engaging with interactive art is typically enjoyable and requires more time than observing a traditional piece. When successful, it offers a unique and thought-provoking encounter, leaving a lasting impression.
